Hello everyone,

Ever since I deleted the Android version of Deezer on my phone and tried installing the BlackBerry World version of the app, I get the following message when I attempt to install the BBW version:



I have tried rebooting my phone, doing a "Refresh BlackBerry World", reinstalling and deleting the Android version and clearing the Android cache for Deezer but I am still unable to install the app.

Anybody have any suggestions? I would use the Android version but I find the sound stutters quite a bit.

I found an old Deezer APK on my Q5 thinking I had found a solution. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

Do you have this installed?

Unable to uninstall Android applications after updating to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.2

If not, install it and restart your device. After that uninstall Deezer (you might have to find it through an app like Ghost Commander) and try to reinstall it through BB World.

Problem solved!

I downloaded Ghost Manager and found that I still had a copy of the Deezer APK on my device. Once I deleted the APK file, I was able to install the version from BlackBerry World.
