    I've used multiple contact backup applications. My favorite is Ultimate Backup but I noticed one issue which persists amongst all of them.

    That being when I manually update a Facebook contact with a phone number run a backup then wipe phone, add my Facebook account and attempt a restore of my contacts. Those numbers which I manually added to those Facebook contacts don't add the numbers.

    I have lost a few numbers this way.

    Any idea what could be the reason for some numbers not restoring?

    Do you restore Facebook before the contacts from the app? I know the FB will overwrite the contact details if is added afterwards. Or at least I presume it does since you cannot edit the FB contact from the handset.

    Thinking back I cannot recall which I did first. Will an ultimate backup restore cause duplicates now?
