    Hello,

I've recently noticed that the "Connect to Dropbox" application is taking up a ton of space on my Z30. 3.2 GB to be exact.

As far as I'm concerned it is only supposed to be an interface for accessing files in the cloud.

Is there a cache (of files I've tried to view) I'm unaware of that I should clear?

    Thanks,

That's huge. Mine is 8.2 MB! I'd suggest uninstalling, reboot, and reinstall.

Seemed to do the trick. After deleting the icon, BlackBerry World still thought it was installed. I had to do a BlackBerry World refresh in order Connect to Dropbox to appear as uninstalled.

Hopefully this issue doesn't come up again

Update: Now it is showing over 100 MB in storage through App Manger. Will post later if it continues to grow.

Is there a way to raise this issue directly to BlackBerry?

    Thanks,

I didn't know what "pinning" was and pinned the folder. I guess that means it saves the files locally?

Regardless I've uninstalled the application for now. Sticking with Files and Folders for any DropBox access now.

    Thanks,

Yeah, pinning the file saves it to local storage so that you can access it even without network capability.

Nice catch. Didn't occur to me (don't pin files).
