- Cisco Technical Support Mobile App New Features May 6th, 2013
Cisco has released a new version of the Cisco Technical Support mobile app with some exciting new features for iOS, Android, and BlackBerry10 mobile devices. From your mobile device you can now:
• Open a P3 or P4 support case against devices covered by your service contracts
• Search for any support case or RMA regardless of case ownership or status
• Add cases to your Watch List from the Case Details Action Menu for future reference (synchronized across all your devices)
We've also made some small UI tweaks and squashed some bugs along the way.
These enhancements have largely been a result of customer requests and feedback. To help me better understand your needs, I hope you would consider taking a very short survey (2-3 mins max) to help identify the mobile platforms you are using, how often you use enhanced features, and anything else you may want to suggest.

Please consider reviewing the app within the respective app stores, spread the word among your colleagues, and most importantly… give the new features a test drive!
Download from iTunes (for iPhone, iPad, iTouch)
Download from Google Play (for Android devices)
Download from BlackBerry Appworld (for BB10 devices)
I hope you enjoy the app!
