Since I got my z10 with the first 10.2.1 or 10.2.0 (can't remember) and now my passport, I can't save notes to the remember app. Once I create a note and hit save, it doesn't appear on the app. So technically, I can't do notes on my remember app. Any idea how to Delete it and Reinstall it?

So this has happened on more than one device? Have you ever been able to SAVE with either Device?

Did you copy/save/move the Remember data (using BBLink or other) from the old phone to the Passport? Maybe there's something corrupt in the file. I just looked and Device Monitor does not seem to provide access to its Storage component. I'm not sure if you can use Sachesi or Chrome (with Playbook Manager) can delete the Bar file and allow you to install a new one.

I guess you could wipe the device and NOT restore initially, try Remember. If it works, either stop at that point or RESTORE and test it again.
