Getting a message unable to contact Facebook server as below. Have tried rebooting the phone and logging out.

Can access via mobile site - anyone else having a similar problem?

I had that happen to me but only when I tried to view my own profile. A day or two after the last Facebook update it went away by itself. Do you have the latest version?

I do, updated yesterday morning. Guess I'll just have to wait and see if it clears itself

Seems to happen when viewing my profile or news feed, but I can see individual posts and I am getting notifications via the hub

News Feed now seems to have come back all by itself, although still can't get into my profile page.

Same problem here. I tried deleting Facebook and reinstalling. Didn't work.

One of the main reasons why I left using a blackberry in the first place was because if it's screwy apps. Now that I'm back on the z10 this is unacceptable!

Guys, it's been 12 or so hours without Facebook, it really isn't the end of the world!

Either way, looks like it's back up and running smooth now so we can all go back to our usual scheduled programming

is there any way to fix it? My wife's phone is having the problem. My phone works fine. She can see must other parts of Facebook but the news feed.

I had this problem for about 12 hours in Vegas on Friday and for about 10 minutes today back home in Scotland.

Both times I was on Wifi and only affected my news feed. I still received and could read notifications!
