    As the subject said.

    I am using Q10 with 10.3.1.1565. Call recorder flawlessly worked under 10.1. , however when i updated to 10.3.1 the call recorder app only records outgoing call. Anybody can help me for such troubles ?

    Please confirm: is "Call Recorder" the exact name of the app in question? Can you provide the link to the app in BlackBerry World please?

    Have you tried to contact the dev for this app to ask about your issue? On the BB World page for this app, tap the menu key (3 dots) at bottom right and select Contact Developer.
