Buzz Off is an advanced Headless call filter application that lets you decide when and who can call you. Buzz Off can reject incoming calls with caller id and Private/Unknown. You can setup Schedules for complete control of incoming calls. Buzz Off Scheduler includes location blocking using Geofencing and Cell Tower, Connected Devices blocking with WifI connectivity.

    You need OS10.3 and higher.

All call blockers for OS10.2.x are useless. All they do is block all and not individual callers.

I just installed and it seems to work great. Just one suggestion. Would it be able to add a phone number to the blacklist straight from the hub? That way I don't have to copy the number into the app.

    Other than that looks great!

Sorry no. there is no api to access the phone log from the Hub.

you don't have to copy and paste. If you run BuzzOff the first screen shows all the incoming calls. just select the caller and then select Block and it will be added to Buzzoff Blacklist.

Hi Smiley88, does Buzz Off work as exactly the same as the call blocker feature of Power Tools? Is there any rings before it blocks the incoming calls?

    Sorry didn't see this msg.

BuzzOff offers more features like scheduling, geofencing etc...

There might be a ring if the call is unknown/private. Since getting the callerID isn't instant.

Any chance of getting SMS blocking added to it?

The only problem with using the call log is that the list is completely random. Searching for the number would take a long time.

Also, I've noticed that hearing a notification is more likely when wearing a Bluetooth headset.

I really rely on this app. I used it on BBOS and now on BlackBerry 10. It is a great app that has no issues - it just works. Generally, you'll never know that a blocked caller attempted to contact you.

Due to BlackBerry failing to release the API's, you can't block someone from leaving a message. As a work around, I created a contact named "ignore" and I add all unwanted numbers to that contact. This allows me to immediately recognize that the message is not important, so I just delete it.

This is one of my must have apps.
