Snap has been acting up recently, it just quits without any message mid-way through bunch of downloads, and when I run it again, it doesn't remember which ones it was downloading, not even which ones it completed downloaded (but not yet installed) until I go back and search for the app, and view it, then it says "Open Installer". So it obviously keeps the APK somewhere but it doesn't remember download history and if you forget which game or app it was that you stumbled upon, you will lose track.

    0 Download(s)

This is why I previously tried to find where Snap saves downloaded APK's before installing them, but it wasn't revealed due to limitation it put in place to protect paid apps.
I hope 2.0.0.3 addresses this issue so we won't forget which apps we were downloading.

As far as I can tell, Snap generally downloads the apk files in internal memory in the downloads folder. If you use the file manager to go there, tap and apk file, it will offer to install it.

In Snap version 2.0.0.2, you can specify where Snap saves the APK files. I've specified a specific folder on my mSD card. Look at the bottom:

Make sure you don't have "Post-Install Behavior" set to "Delete APK".

Thanks for pitching in but I know about the option to Move APK's after they are installed.
If you go back to my problem, it is about Snap losing track of Downloaded and Downloads in Progress upon terminating the app (voluntarily or involuntarily). Since Snap does not remember which apps were downloaded (but not yet installed) I figured we could track down Snap's internal storage and use APK's there. This was brought up in an earlier thread and determined that Snap keeps this "temp" directory secret or scrambled (perhaps) in order to protect paid apps. Which is also added as a note above Paid apps cannot be moved after installation, indicates that not only paid apps but free apps wouldn't be accessed before they are installed.

I think, rather than trying to find where Snap stores the apps before they are installed, maybe developer would need to look at the code and fix the issue, unless this is limited to my installation.

Sorry, I didn't get that from your original post. Have you contacted the dev? On his homepage, it says "for quick answers or help" @ https://twitter.com/redlightoflove
