I am loving my Passport. But I show 28.5 GB of 32 GB used in device storage. I show only 2.5 GB of 29.8 Gb used on Media Storage. I don't use that many apps, yet I get an occasional internal memory storage getting full warning. How do I track down what is chewing up 28+ GB of my internal memory? Settings/Storage and Access does not tell me specifics of where what is stored.

Open up Device Monitor. At the bottom hit the STORAGE Tab. You can scroll through the list of apps.

In some cases, folks have found that you can sometimes clear the app's cache. In other instances, the way to fix some of the storage glut is to UNinstall and then REinstall the app periodically.

    Good luck

If you already identified your Box app eating your memory, logout on Box then log back in. This will clear the memory it eats.

This is a temporary solution. If you notice that your Box is eating your memory again do this again.
