I'm thinking about doing USA but with a different tax for each county it might be longer then I thought

Maybe you could implement a feature for the users to input their country/province's tax. You could thus build up a tax database without doing a lot of research.
Just a suggestion, I have no experience with app coding, so I don't know if it's feasible or no.
