    For some time now every time I want to go onto BlackBerry world it keeps on saying "There is an issue with BlackBerry world. BlackBerry world with now close " this is so annoying I can't download apps or do any updates... anyone have advise?

    Please update your profile to include your device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

    I don't have an explanation for you per se, but I can tell you that such issues are usually remedied by a hard reset.

    Hold down the top button. Ignore the reset countdown and option to restart. Continue holding button down while you see BlackBerry logo screen, black screen, red LED light. When you see the logo again, then the startup screen with blue logo, you can let go.

    Either that, or just leave it and come back to it later... but that's no fun!
