    I'm wanting to stop or delete Blackberry World App version 5.0.0.131 on my Z10. The BlackBerry World app itself will not install on to the device. The installation hangs and displays Install Pending. Even the "Refresh BlackBerry World" button in General Settings doesn't stop the app either. I've pulled the battery, SIM card and media card, no luck. I cannot delete BlackBerry World to stop the process to my knowledge. Does anyone have any other ideas?

    No. The install pending bottle-necked the entire process, so no app would download. I instead chose to wipe the device after a backup and re-install everything. The Z10 is now working as expected. Thanks for the help.
