I recently have had two trips have multiple entries for the same flight, car and hotel I think due to scanning on company trips as I get tow e-mails for every trip. Is anyone else experiencing this and have you found a way to work around?

Hi and welcome to CB!
I would think the duplicates would stop if you just set one email for scanning?
Or are you using one email and getting TWO copies of the same information?

Happened to me as well, I have no work around and just deleted the extra entries. Now when I get my flight change notice it doesn't duplicate anymore.

I have no control over the two e-mails that come as I must book business travel thru a company website. One e-mail is the itinerary and the other is the billing invoice that also contains the itinerary. It is as if the scan reads them as separate events

I have had a lot of trouble with duplicate entries. The only work around I have found is to change auto trip scanning to "enable with prompt"

It's a little annoying to press the ignore trip several times, but better than tons of duplicates.

I had the same issues.. I don't scan anymore instead send the itinerary to the e-mail provided and it updates just perfect.

I guess this might be the answer to people who have no choice on the duplicates.
