Yep same here, shame such a lazy bunch of dev's who don't see the adv's of making a native one note app.

Not impressed by their lack of enthusiasm to develop a native one note app.

How much would you pay for the app? If enough of you pledge enough money, maybe it'll be economic to develop it. Your move.

I'd pay as much as everyone else who has it installed and working on all other platforms.

So do all platforms deserve a native version or only BB10 size and above?

Not on mine, it can't find a MS account to sync to.

Edit: apparently just needed one more try. Works now.

    It's just sour grapes.

Microsoft is just PO'd about getting dumped by Ford Motor Co. and getting beat out by BlackBerry's QNX division as evidenced by today's announcements.

If it made economic sense to port to BB, they'd port it to BB. It doesn't, so they aren't.

Your sense of entitlement doesn't alter that. Your money might.

Until BlackBerry announces that there are 50M BB10 phones active, not many major devs are going to take interest.. and that is the reality..

I'll try that again: nobody pays for Onenote. It's free on every platform.

I'd pay $10 for a native OneNote app on BlackBerry. Hell, $10/month for Office 365 on BlackBerry! But only native.

What *are* the advantages of making a native Onenote app. For those who'd have to actually do the work, that is?

Better system integration: full access to permissions, active frame display, actual Onenote-specific notifications, better battery optimization, proper BB10 navigation instead of tapping upper left arrow or swiping up at 45 from the bottom bezel. A headless app that doesn't require the Android runtime active to work in the background.

I'd be more interested in seeing his response to the fact that we can get the Android version to work but he and his team can't.

Bingo. Does it work on 10.2.1? Maybe they are testing against that OS and not 10.3.1.

So true. BB10 needs market share. Let's hope the classic can help drive that by getting legacy users to convert.

Which means they did not bother finding a solution... they did not contact BlackBerry period.
