    I was trying to sign up for developing an app today and went to the developer page to get the signing tokens and the web page just won't let me do that. I click on the BB10 10.2 option, sign in with my ID and then comes a page that has these scrolling dots left and right of the screen and it does not let me do anything. It seems that the page does not load completely. I tried with Firefox and IE, but no dice.
    I tried several times during the day and it is always the same. What is wrong there?
