I totally agree with you. Their support is pathetic. They never reply or resolve.

Looks nice, but I will not use any programs anymore from Bellshare. Why? In the past I've contacted customer support several times via the website by opening a case. But I never got an answer. After a few weeks the cases were deleted and gone...

Bellshare only wants to make money quick with smooth looking apps, but one will never get support if needed.

Thanks to the developer for the big update. I'm seeing that the transition from full screen to Active Frame does not show the updated temp until later updating....

I've gotten good responses from bellshare and especially Pfluger, they even implemented a feature I requested in beMaps, so their support is not universally bad.

Thanks for the BeWeather update, I've been using the stock app since it got its big update, but I'll definitely take a look at version 2.0.

Harshad, have you tried changing the weather station at your location? perhaps it only reports infrequently. One of BeWeather's nicest features is the ability to select exactly which weather station you get your information from.

I set temperature reading to Fahrenheit but the Active Frame still shows the 'C' for Celsius rather then the 'F'...the temperature is correct though.

While you're at it for bug fixes, I find that it's difficult to go from the tile to the full screen for any location: have to tap it several times, or hold it, sometimes it works but not always. Tried reinstall and restart no difference. Minor bug I assume

Hey, the update seems to have introduced a bug into the pull down refresh. When you pull down the location completely slides off the screen and never returns.

Can anyone else confirm?

No problems here with that issue. Works nice and fine with no issue that I can see.

Weird! What OS level are you? I am on 10.2.1.2141 and my Z10 handles both celsius and Fahrenheit OK with no problem.

Also, just to check, my version of Beweather Pro is 2.0.15.1698.
