I haven`t been able to launch Beta Zone for a couple of days now. Is there a problem that anyone`s aware of or is it an issue with my Z10 (again)?

Incidentally, I`m one of the suckers that still doesn`t have the 10.2.1 update, no idea why.

I used beta zone the other day and it was fine. Your carrier will receive the OS update soon! By the end of February for everyone!

Pretty much everyone on my carrier (Telus) has the 10.2.1 update already, but not me for some reason. My son has the same issue with a different carrier except his is denying releasing it altogether! Anyhow, it's Beta Zone I'm whining about today.

Still couldn't get it to run so I deleted it and went to reload and it won't even let me do that. Please, does someone have an answer for this?:

Try editing your BlackBerry ID first or last name just to refresh it, and see if that helps (Settings > BlackBerry ID > Edit). Otherwise I would recommend using the web portal (www.blackberry.com/beta) to post on the Beta Zone forums and see if someone there can help.
