Um you could just sideload I have the app on my playbook sideloaded so you can just do that

Ya, sideloading's fine for a very small group of people; you can't expect everyone to sideload apps onto BB10 devices. That's why I hope RIM's getting folks like Flipboard, Pulse, etc. to either do a native app or just drop the android version on BB10 through BB world (since these work fine on sideloading). Frankly, I think RIM needs to do a better job persuading the big shops to drop Android apps into BB10 if they are unwilling to spend the money on native development. It's not the best solution, but better than launching the platform without the big name applications.

I hope whatsapp will be at launch. What would be really cool is if RIM manages to integrate most big messaging services into BBM on BB10 so I use BBM but I have all friends and family in one messaging place no matter what service they use.
