Hey guys, as stated I'm having a slight issue with BBM for the past week or so. Sending and receiving messages takes forever. From the moment I press send it takes anywhere from instantaneous to 10 minutes or more, starting with the broadcasting symbol, the tick mark, and then finally the "D" saying that it is delivered.

Is it an app problem, carrier problem or some other issue I'm not aware of?

Just FYI I'm from Malaysia, having a BlackBerry Z10 running on Maxis.

Unless people in your area are also having the problem with BBM, it's probably something to do with your carrier.

I'm guessing so as well. Been going on for the past week almost and the carrier just last evening had a 12 hour or so blackout of voice services.

Just a quick question guys in relation to the post subject.

What should be visible under the About > Network page on a BlackBerry 10 device? I only see that it shows IPv4 and IPv6 information.

Probably an issue with the BBM servers. It should be resolved soon

I have the same problem too between two BBs for last week now on and off. I cant figure out why it takes time or what the solution is. Sometimes its there and sometimes it takes several minutes to a half an hour for the D.
