Hello Crackberriers,

I had to do a restore to my device few days ago. After the restoration, the BBM app (the official channel support) was not able to open any channels' feeds. So I thought that since I already have the older version downloaded into my MAC, I will sideload it then open BlackBerry World and check for updates. For some reason I'm not getting the update. So I'm sticked with the old version.

Any thoughts on how to overcome this issue?

One option is to sideload the new version but I could not find one.

Can you delete BBM from the device, since you sideloaded another version of it?

Try turning WiFi and carrier radio off (or turn on AirPlane mode), sideloading this file into your device, reboot and then turn data back on and see if you get the update.

Thanks. It seems to be a location issue as many people in Dubai are reporting the same issue.
