Left and Right i heard some things that it would be possible to run some android apps on bb10, you have to contact the developer and he could transform it. i don't know if that story is correct? but it would be very important for me to make the choice.

The current Playbooks already have the ability to run *certain* android apps and so will BB10 devices. Android Developers just need to repackage their android apps and publish it on Blackberry World.

Question is did RIM made any improvements on the Android Player, like an OS update from 2.3 to 4.0???

According to the Verge review, no... they kept it 2.3 and they said it sucks.

most of the apps don't even run properly on the dev unit let alone on the real bb10.

Thanks for the information, that makes the choice a littlebit easier. i really don't want it, i am a big fan of blackberry but i have already for about one year the feeling that i am not innovative anymore with blackberry. There are so much products in home connected with the internet and i think when i can control them with a bb10 we are years later. i shall miss the keyboard, the message led and the slider.
