    Issue resolved, not quite sure, but I think the recent update to the app resolved the issue.

    Hi everyone,

    Not sur what to make of this error meessage. I have tried on several attemps to Authenticate User and I keep getting this error message: "User account error. Server error (code 100)"

    I double checked my BB ID and I am logged in and able to download apps. So I'm not quite sure what to make of this.

    Can anyone point out the issue and what is the solution to fix this?

    PS. I'm from Canada and I also checked to see if Newsstand was available on Blackberry World and could not find it.
