Backing up Password Keeper

As a part of a full backup, my BB Link (Mac) backed it up - and restored - without any issues...

You don't need to do a full backup if you just want to backup PK, just backup the settings within BBLink.

Is there a way of getting the data out of PK so that you can print it out or import it into apps on other platforms? I am pretty sure there wasn't before BB10, but did this change with BB10?

That's not correct. Settings only will NT backup the PK data. That's part of the data backup, not settings. Have you tried a backup/ wipe / restore using only "settings" to restore PK data? If you had, you'd see that does not work.
