    I've already purchased an app in bbw and recently changed to a new device. When I download the app it's still in trial version and if I try to upgrade it says you've purchased this item already and you won't be charged to download it again. But the purchase icon is not active.

    How do I get this to work?

    Whenever I've got new devices (and I've had a few now) almost every app will have something like 'request existing purchase'.

    Some apps however have a free version in BBW and a paid version. Are you sure you downloaded the right one?

    In my case, only one version is available in the BlackBerry World. It's in-app upgrade to the full version.

    I've sent an email ot the developer regarding this.

    Got it resolved finally!! Called and logged a ticket with BlackBerry
    Was on the phone for an hour trying to see whether they can resolve it. Since its a third party app they couldn't do anything. Then I thought I'll get a refund so that I can buy it again
    Submitted a refund ticket and got the refund today. As son as its done I was able to purchase th app again and it all works now!!
