I got a surge and I inquired about an app for BB and all I got was they are working on Windows. They sent me this link for Fitbit owners to let you voice be heard.

I have a Charge HR and a Z10. Needed to get the 10.3 update to get the phone to sync, and you must have WiFi turned off.

Now they told me today that the MobileRun feature does not not work with BB, ( so they say), so it is useless for tracking runs or walks. I will need to get a different HR monitor to use with CascaRun.

The other features are neat, but I would return the Fitbit if it wasn't a gift.

Please enlighten us.. How does this app connect to Fitbit devices? and which devices are supported?

As far as I can see - that app only access the Fitbit Cloud - which means only data which is already pushed to the cloud...

What we neeeeed - is a native app that can read the fitbit Decvice, and push the data to cloud...

What android app are you referring to?? I have a Z10 and just bought a fitbit flex 2. I have to get an app just for set up! There were 3 choices: google app, apple app and windows app. I tried google app with no results, windows app apparently downloaded, but wouldn't open.
Please advise
