    Hi,

Is there any equivalent to the famous Google drive? By Google drive, I am not talking about the cloud storage, I am talking about real time document editing where you can see other people typing in the document while you are also typing too.

Sorry if it is not well explained, I am trying to do my best but English isn't my native language.

I am using a blackberry passport. Just got it today.

    Thanks

I can be corrected if I am wrong, but if it has to be reintroduced, it's not real time.

I use office suite to connect to and edit google documents. But I don't believe it notifies me when someone else is updating it as well.

Quick question about the Docs-to-go apps. If blackberry owns the company that makes it then why is the android version more feature-rich than the blackberry one? I am speaking more specifically about the google drive editting feature.

Yes I did but I am sorry, I though the url was part of your signature, sorry for the mistake. I am definitively going to check this app as soon as possible.

Sorry, tried the pro version of Docs to Go and it doesn't do what I mean or I am not doing it well. I have edited the first post and added a video, please check it out.

    Thanks

Hi, has anyone found a solution? I am looking for the same thing: not google drive cloud storage, but google sheets and the live editing which everyone can see..

I do it using the Google Sheets app and it works well; I can see collaborators edit the spreadsheet in realtime. It needs the Google Frameswork apk installed, but I just followed the steps in Cobalt's google app landing post.

I'm sorry, I read it and just figured in my mind that this stuff would be too complicated to actually do.. but hey, thanks, I'll try it out!!!!!

I'll also update later here on how easy or hard did I actually find to do this, so that will be like feedback for others as well

My solution for Google Docs compatibility was to setup a remote desktop to my home computer. I'm a teacher, not a business user, and my school makes heavy use of Google Docs. Being able to access my home computer allows me to do everything I need, and it's actually faster than the school's network.

I use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard connected to my Passport, and I no longer need to carry a laptop.
