I'm trying to get RBC mobile wallet on Bell working with 10.3?

I'm on 10.2 and it won't work. Called RBC and they said they are having issues and trying to resolve with BlackBerry. Said should be fixed in a few days. Fingers crossed. I switched banks just for this!

What device & carrier are you using?

I have the RBC Mobile Banking app on the Z30 on Bell.

I cannot get past the Wallet sign in screen. I get a message saying to call RBC on a 1-800 #. Which I did... and they acknowledge this is a known issue. They set me up with a "ticket" and said I should wait for them to call me back. That was 14 days ago. No call. So I called them on Friday. They said there has been no update yet... but the team is working on it. Grrr...

Have you updated to the latest version of the app? It should work on the Z30. I finally had it fully functioning before moving to the Passport.

Not working on the Passport yet due to an issue with Bell and their NFC card.

I just posted a reply on another thread, according to the person I talked to at RBC there are no supported blackberry devices right now but they are working on it.

Sorry North Sixty... your info is wrong!!! Both the Z10 and the Z30 are specifically white listed on the RBC website. Check out the screenshot from BlackBerry World...

The Z30 is definitely supported.

I called Bell again yesterday and it looks like we have to wait for BlackBerry to push out an update for the NFC card to function on the Passport.

Not my info, it came straight from the mouth of RBC support last week. I saw that the Z10 and Z30 were listed but I figured I'd pass on what the RBC guy told me.

In any case I'm hoping they add the Q5 which was why I e-mailed them.

UPDATE

I upgraded my z30 to 10.3.1.1154 on the weekend. Today, for a lark, I thought, why not see if I can get the RBC Wallet to work.

Back in November, I tried but it wouldn't work. My phone was on 10.2.1.3062 back then. I called the RBC 1-800# and they set up a "support ticket" for me. After about 3 weeks of looking into it, they concluded that it wasn't working cuz my Z30 is an unlocked device that was previously locked to Telus.

Well, long story short is I'll be tapping my Z30 on tappable pay terminals till the cows come home!

Woohoo! Way to go BlackBerry!!!

Also RBC is testing and will release it later this year their app will be able to do mobile payments across all carriers which will be sweet and the first bank to do that
