It‘s really straightforward:
1. Download and install Momentics from BlackBerry - https://developer.blackberry.com/native/downloads/
2. Download the master.zip from https://github.com/knobtviker/AccountsCleaner and unzip it
3. Run Momentics and import the unzipped folder as an existing project
4. Build and debug/run the compiled app

Your phone needs to be connected to your computer, debug token installed and developer mode turned on.
I just deleted an existing account for Hg10.

I couldn't wait so I've cured this mega irritating bug by doing the procedure via Momentics. Surprisingly easy!

Can I ask what's so dangerous about this app? I have no need for the app but I'm just curious. You keep giving out all these warnings. So...what's the worst that could happen?

You can delete an account that actually works normally. Headless for that app would stop working until a reinstall of the same app.
It's dangerous because you get access to accounts of apps of other developers. I cannot know how their code works. Or doesn't work. Unpredictable is a a dangerous realm.

With that being said, update has been approved.
1.0.0.2 is fully operational and available from BlackBerry World.

Fix those nasty notifications now.

Latest version of this app publicly available at BlackBerry World is a lot less dangerous than what I initially created.
Worst case scenario with 1.0.0.2 that can happen is you delete the wrong account and need to reinstall and setup that 3rd party app again.
No internal, BlackBerry provided accounts can be deleted or updated. You can just view them, no harm done.
I might even have an idea on how to Undo a Delete account but I need some time to test that.

I got some emails about why this app is free. Go figure. :P
So let me explain.
It's a remedy made in necessity. There is already a plan in motion inside BlackBerry to resolve this issue from inside the OS.
It means this app, if or when they find a solution, will be obsolete and pulled out from BlackBerry World.

Thanks to this app. I have finally deleted my Inst10 account, and that was impossible to do since I was receiving bugs from it despite having deleted Inst10.
