A Glimpse at OEM Z10 Cases
Crackberry said they will be getting the cases in soon, and available for pre-order soon also, but no pictures. In the comments, Shredney (credit), posted a link to a website with images.

I am most likely getting a black microfibre pouch and a red flip-case, I have a clear hard shell from ebay so would get the transform later when it is reduced and I want something fresh/new.
What will you get?

I think I'm going to go for a black microfibre pocket pouch. I want to keep my Z10 case-free, just because it looks so damn good.Z30 (10.2.1.2947) | Lumia 1020 (WP8.1 Dev Preview, Lumia Black) | Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2)

ya put the wrong link for the last product
also note the description:
The ultra-thin shell folds in half, so when it’s time to charge or sync your BlackBerry® smartphone, just fold the shell and pop your smartphone on the dock. Flip to stand for easy viewing!
http://crackberry.com/blackberry-10-cases] and there was one called a "multimedia dock", I'm hoping that means there will be a micro hdmi port on it.

THE SPARE BATTERY CHARGER!!! CrackBerry - the preorder on that will be placed 2/1/13 (or order if they are IN Stock then!)It was recently pointed out to me that SugarSync was still in my signature, and no longer available for free. It was a nice (free) ride, SugarSync, but I'm seeing Box and Dropbox now, via BB10 integration.
On the main page Adam wrote a post about the first look at the cases, and people were commenting about white ones, red flip cases, bottom and top ones, but all I could see was one photo with the black holster, the red pouch and the black transform. Can someone help me out here?

The flip shell case thing looks the way to me, especially in red!
My only worry is that it would cover up the famous notification led... Looking forward to Weds for the announcement to learn more about the release hardware and everything that goes along with it!

Judging on the latest leaks on BB Z10 I think that the second image of the "Flip-Shell case" must be flipped vertically/horizontally so the phone could be put in the case. Otherwise I don't see how the two things are going to match. It should be like this or may be we are expecting a new design of the BB Z10 device
