I have a 2010 Ford Edge and it paired up no problem although I suspected it was screwing up my notification sounds after disconnecting. Wasn't able to prove it was the Sync that caused the problem though. Problem seems to have disappeared in the last day or two.

I have a 2012 Focus with MFT. Blue tooth audio is choppy (it was fine on my S3) and text messaging is wonky: receives texts but won't reply (system says it's not supported?! Weird.

Update: On Focus Fanatics, it was suggested I turn off the auto-phonebook download feature. I did just that and, presto, my bluetooth audio is smooth and chop-free! #FTW

My Fiesta with sync 4.1 works just fine as I have found out. Now just need to figure out how to sync my pb to do blue tooth audio and keep my Z10 as my primary when my phone rings
