I just downloaded it, and I'm in Canada. I'm going to install it now on top of my existing BES 10.0 installation and see if it recognizes that this is an upgrade. It's a virtual machine and I've already snapshotted it (backed it up) so I can always back out if things go bad.

I get this when trying to install the trial on top of my existing installation...
"The setup application detected that a blackberry management studio instance is already installed on this computer. If you want to install the blackberry enterprise service 10 software on this computer, you must first remove the existing blackberry management studio instance and then run the setup again..... "

I'm in the UK.
@NoAhB0Dy: I already have BDS and UDS installed on separate servers. I've just uninstalled BlackBerry Management Studio and am proceeding with the installation of the trial package. It's already prompted me to upgrade my existing installation so all looks good so far. I'm sure no one's waiting with baited breath to see how it goes, but I'll let y'all know anyway once I'm done.
By the way, you need Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 installed. You can install it after starting the BES 10.1 launcher and retrying the installation but there it is.
Some interesting components getting installed here.
Here are the services that are running on my Windows Server 2008 R2 server after the installation of this update:
BES10 - Administration Console
An administration console that permits you to manage iOS devices and Android devices
BES10 - BlackBerry Administration Service - Application Server
This is the Application Server of the BlackBerry Administration Service.
This is the Native Code Container of the BlackBerry Administration Service.
Monitors components and restarts them if they stop responding.
Performs data encryption and compression services for data that BlackBerry devices send or receive
If registered as the active licensing server, stores the licenses for use.
An administration console that permits you to manage BlackBerry devices, iOS devices, and Android devices.
Provides a communication channel for BlackBerry devices to access application servers and content servers on your organization's intranet or on the Internet.
Maintains a connection through the BlackBerry Infrastructure with the BES10 Client on iOS devices and Android devices
An add-on to the Universal Device Service that contains administrative APIs that are exposed as web services.
Sends notifications to iOS devices when new email messages and calendar entries are available in the Work Connect app.
Sends profiles, applications, IT policies, and IT administration commands to BlackBerry devices.
Manages scheduled tasks for the Universal Device Service.
