Default Why does my Bell Ebill keep saying im using the mobile broswer?

I dont even have a usage plan, on my last bill i had a 5$ charge for it cause apperently i used it, i didnt even bother to call, but this month i checked again and it says

Packet data
January 28, 2010
17:21:40
RIM Data 720:00* In Minutes 0.0020 Megabyte

then theres another charge 3 days later saying 0.0098, what is this ive never went on once, 720 worth of minutes for going on the browswer???
is this gonna cost me, how can i stop this? someone please help me.

best thing would be to call Bell customer care and discuss with them.

With a HSPA device you still have the ability to browse, unlike the CDMA devices. Make sure you don't have any apps that are set to auto update.

Same problem here, but customer service always credits me back the fee. It is annoying, though.

Turn your Data off. It should be under "Options->Mobile Network->Data Service->ON or OFF.

Hope this helps!

Hey, I looked over at Howard Forums and I was told that we must call Bell CS and get them to activate a free feature called "Bell RIM Browser". It prevents the 1x mobile browser pay per use.

Yeah +1 for that. Why would you disable data on a smartphone?

It's simply an accounting problem at Bell. Like I said, CS will credit your data.
