What are my options?

Can anyone help me with this one...

I have a blackberry tour that won't work. It will constantly just reset itself over and over again. Anyways, I have smartphone care, and I know I can just pay the $150 for a new phone, trouble is that Bell doesn't make or carry the tour anymore.

Does anyone have any idea what phone they would try to give me? Say they offer me the 3G curve, is it as good as the tour or am I trading down?

Have you tried wiping and reloading the OS?

I would say its as an equivalent to the Tour.

Try wiping it with BBSAK or jl_cmdr and reinstalling

it doesn't matter if bell has the tour in stock the phone does not come from bell, it comes from a third party they contract out to do this, a few years ago i was hoping they would upgrade my 8330 because the store doesn't have them anymore here, sadly they didn't, the chances are you might get a refurbished unit, maybe a new one if your lucky
