I pay an additional $7.00 per month for Extended Warrenty/Insurance. I have never recieved any policy or such from Bell,and whenever I ask,I am told not to worry.....and that the policy covers everything from faulty handset to theft to incidents such as loss,water damage,etc. This is great,but I fail to understand why I cannot get anything in writing. Is anyone else having this problem....or should i just forget about it and just keep paying?? Am I asking for something unreasonable?? Perhaps a Bell rep could comment.8230 Pearl Flip..............

Go to your local Bell World and pick up the pamphlet that outlines everything.
Every Bell World I've been to has them right on the service counter and free for the taking.

Don't have a Bell World store here(East coast of Canada)...my retailer has no such phamlet......bell here has nothing either....or so i am told......Like I said,maybe I'm making too much of this.8230 Pearl Flip..............
