Default Unlimited NHL

Anyone log in to their unlimited NHL account since the season started? On mine there are no RADIO or TV feeds. The only option in the game menu is "add alert." Last year it worked great.

Am I missing something? Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone else have it working??

Thanks!

Gord

How much does Bell charge you? I paid 79 (US) for the Verizon version, which they JUST started offering this season. We get radio home and away, and video home and away, minus blackouts of course. I'm fairly impressed with the quality.

Bell charges $8/month
They also include it in some of their more inclusive data plans. Its supposed to be radio of every game, and video of select games every night, plus calendar integration, video highlights etc.. But as I noted, right now I'm not getting any of the media.

The quality is impressive.

From what I have heard is that they have retracted the pushed icon on the BB for Unlimited NHL. They are trying supposedly to merge the icon with NFL package they are going to be offering. So not sure when its going to be back

I recently deleted the Unlimited NHL App a few months ago because it was taking up to much space on my Tour, however when I did have it I remember a few times the live games feature through the TV did not work. So I am not sure that had anything to do what everyone else on here said.

Bell is aware of this issue and is working on a solution to this problem. I called in last night and that's the response given to me. They also credited me $8 for this month and said if its not working by then first week of november then call back and remove it.

I work at the NOC for BM, and trust me, we all noticed it. They are working on it. However, I've been able to watch the games through the Bell TV app. I'm not sure if it detects that you have the Unlimited NHL App on your account, but you can give it a try. I've been able to watch the games on there with no problem.

Still waiting on them to fix the NHL app though.

Yeah. I too noticed it last night. I will be removing this feature today as I am tired of Bell not being able to get their apps together.
