Traveling to Mexico

Having an unlocked Torch, and traveling to Mexico for 3 weeks, turning data off while roaming, can I use my Torch only for local calls with Mexican carrier Sim Card avoiding all Bell unreal charges? or can I use data and Voice pre paid plan with Mexican carrier Sim Card again avoiding Bell extra charges?

Telcel offers prepaid BIS service, and if your Torch is unlocked it should work perfectly. You just need to get a sim card and some credit on it (the chip comes with some already)

I think I have the codes for requesting BIS service somewhere if you need them, you mainly send an SMS and it gets activated. And it works pretty good!
