    Default trace using BIS

    Hey everyone,

My 9900 was misplaced over the weekend.
Only BIS was active on the phone and it had my work email linked to it.
Nothing too important was lost, and I never setup blackberry protect.

I have a low level job, so there isn't any important information up for grabs. However, I will still deactivate the BIS connection

I'm more interested in whether or not I can do any tracking of the phone itself using BIS before I deactivate it/ cut the emails off.

With that said, is there any way to view the phones activity via BIS?

Unfortunately, unless you installed tracking software before you lost the device, there's nothing you can do now. If your device was password protected, your information is safe. It will be wiped clean if someone tries to access it. If you didn't use a password, you might want to notify your contacts that their email addresses and phone numbers may have been obtained by an unknown party.
