On Windows you just need to use Blackberry desktop manager, if it needs login info it's your Bell.ca account (create one if you don't have one, then you can manage your account better) and your phone number.
On a Mac just pair your blackberry with bluetooth, then click on the bluetooth tab in the network part of system preferences. I think using a HSPA device will be a little tricker, but there is probably an easy guide. Make sure that your plan has been updated and supports this before trying
