Question possibly about Service Books
Hi all,
I just recently got an unlocked Bold 9700 from Rogers. Popped in my Bell SIM card, got everything up and running. Noticed that WLM and GTalk were on it, tried it, got it to work on 3G, not WiFi.
However, my plan is the Joe Schmoe $15 email+BBM plan. This shouldn't be working, and wasn't on my Bold 9000. Checked TCARE (82273) and no extra data charges were incurred. Called Customer Service, said it would. But it isn't.
Is it some Service Book that was stuck on the phone from Rogers? Even though when switching PINs on BIS it resends Service Books...
