Default Promos expiring?

I signed a contrat with Bell 3 years ago, in the contract free bell to bell and 100 LD min were included.

July 2008 I get a letter saying becuase I am a good customer they will let me do a free upgrade. I go into bell and talk to them they tell me I would be renewing the EXACT same contact.

Last month I went with my dad to bell (he had the same plan), his three years are up. Instead of signing a new contract he chooses to renew becuase he is told the same, he would keep these features.

Well now that my 'original' contract is up they took them away saying they were promo features. I have spent an hour on the phone and went into their store and they won do anything for me.

Is there anything I can do? Can they do this?

It's stated in the contract that Bell reserves themselves the right to change options. So they were correct in saying that the plan stays the same, what changed is the options. It's not right, but they didn't lie. If it's been less then 30 days, then you should still be able to cancel your renewal.
