Default Opera mini loophole still work?

Hey guys,

Does the Opera mini (email plan only instead of data) still work on HSPA? It worked for me on CDMA, does it work now on HSPA? I have a 9700 and when I'm not in a hot spot I'd love to be able to still browse for directions, restaurants, etc without actaully having to pay for data.

ya it doesnt work on hspa... because in hspa you are allowed pay per use browsing and opera mini shows up as that... cdma since you dont have provision to use browsing everything that use browsing more or less just comes up as unlimited

good to know,i only had my curve 2 months and ive been using opera ever so lightly and wondering if im in a loophole. Or if im gonna get a surprise on my bill soon but i got enough recordings of bell reps, whom i have been harassing about if i can get pay per use data telling me "its not possible to get pay per use data on the unlimited plan"

is there a limit like say don't youtube, or 30mb etc or they just cant differentiate?

ps i get alot of attachments via mail (sent programs to install etc) 5> mb in a week so hopefully it matches my regular usage pattern.
