    Default Mobile TV?

    So the Bell self serve app works really well... now does anyone have info to share on a release date for mobile to on BB10?

    Funny considering the Bell twitter support indicated that they would have the app ready for that "Big" update a couple of weeks back - hence their delay in releasing it...

    Bell seems to be really dropping the ball here.

    Being a Bell customer, I really think they are pathetic. I hate that I always seem to choose junk companies to be a customer with. I have been waiting for this stupid t.v thing now for two months.

    Try @Bell_support to tweet. They seem responsive. They're the ones who said, on Feb 26 that they were working out the glitches to the app. So, it better be F'n good...

    Now I'm annoyed.....Have had Z10 for three months. Why tell us M-tv is in our package and being paid for, but yet coming soon. Let's get on them CrackBerry Nation and get what we paid for...

    I actually had Bell refund me for the portion of my bundle that related to mobile TV. It was like 3 dollars but I made them do mainly for the principle.

    Bell mobile TV for Z10 may 26th I called and bitched to talk to someone. That's the date they gave me so we see.

    what ticks me off is that on their website it advertises mobile tv even showing a screen shot of a Z10 with mobile tv playing on it!

    I was on the phone with crappy bell this afternoon and the guy on the phone had no idea when the T.V app was coming out. I asked to get transferred to customer care and I got my next bill ($74) for free. My fellow Bell BlackBerry 10 users, do yourself a favor and call customer care.

    I think it's time to organize a co-ordinated complaint against Bell and bring some attention to this issue.

    I bought two Z10s in February under assurances from the Bell store staff that Mobile TV would be out within days. This obviously didn't happen.

    I hate being lied to and would likely have gone with another carrier had I know it would take over 4 months (and counting) to get Mobile TV. Mobile TV was probably the single most important reason I chose Bell.

    Is there any action we can take. Complain to a wireless ombudsman and ask to be released from our contract? Something like that would certainly get Bell's attention.
