Issues: Switching from Tour to Bold 9900

I've been having issues with switching my Tour to the Bold 9900.

I bought a Virigin Mobile phone today and it's unlocked.

I called into Bell to get my info transferred onto a Bell SIM and it's giving them an error message. Does anyone know why? :S

not 100% on the whole SIM card but my guess is that even though bell and virgin are the same parent company they still dint get along like all kids. where you get your virgin unlocked from?
