htc legend questions

I'm on virgin which is owned by bell and both companies carry the htc legend and I'm looking at upgrading to that phone.
Now I know its an android phone, but I figured I might get a better response here versus the actual android forum.
My questions are has anyone looked at upgrading to this phone?
Has anyone gone through and upgraded to this phone?
If you upgraded, has the service and wifi been working ok?
Any regrets?

On a side note
I've read countless reviews and it seems to be a great phone, problem is the reviews are all based on the uk versions not the north american version and the two are slightly different.
