Getting odd e-mails

I keep getting odd e mails from a real estate agent and a bank keeps telling me all kinds of stuff and has attached files of course. I probably get 2 or 3 a day. I was going to reply back saying don't send them to me but it doesn't allow me to send them.

This phone is an 8830 WE and is a loaner from Bell until my 9700 gets fixed, any ideas why this is happening?

It sounds like the previous user's email is still associated with the device. If you are using it for your email, be sure you get Bell to remove you from the device when you turn it in, or the next user will be seeing your mail.
