If I understand this correctly, you just signed up on a contract and either changed your plan or service provider to Bell I'm assuming. The Fab10 $1.33 charge is for the day you signed up on August 25 to August 26. This means your billing period is the 27th of every month for them, therefore your cut-off date is the 26th. So for having your phone on this plan for 2 days they have prorated your costs instead of charging you the full $50.
On your bill you should also find another set of Fab10-BBerry 50-36M plan that has charges of $50 to represent your cost of having the phone from August 27 to September 26.
The only one you should be concerned with is the MB values, the 1482 minutes of data usage on Bell represents the time your blackberry has been connected to Bell's data network. Whether you are using data or its just idling in the background. Your data usage should be fine as you have 500MB and it will be more than enough unless you start watching tonnes of youtube videos, the odd one is still fine. Things that uses data are: youtube, emails, browsing, certain applications will access the data as well
Hopefully this clarifies the confusion
