Default Does Bell lock 9700?
Hey guys,

I want to know if I go overseas to Europe or Asia, can I just take out my existing SIM card and put in a local SIM and talk away? Or is the Bold or any phone locked to Bell and in order for it to work overseas, I need to get it unlocked?

It is locked.

I got mine unlocked from cellunlock.net
