does bell charge for tethering

My plan includes unlimited mobile browsing. My phone includes the WiFi hotspot feature so I'm just wondering if bell would charge if i was to use wifi hotspot feature and then connect to the internet for my computer via wifi from my phone.

What BlackBerry do you have that currently supports the WiFi Hotspot function?

Is that feature active currently? Others have all reported that that functionality is not active in the software currently on the 9900.

As to the tethering question, I believe that Bell charges for tethering unless you are on a plan that is 1GB or above.
