does bell charge airtime by second or by minute

i had a plan with solo about 2 years ago and solo had by second airtime usage
and since bell is linked with solo i was wondering if bell also charged by second or by minute. In other words if i called someone for 13 seconds,
on my bill with there be 1 minute or 13 seconds of airtime usage

Bell does by the minute billing IIRC.....

Depends on your plan but most of the plans are by minute. Corporate or special plans can be billed by the second.
